Pinehills Village

Three buildings housing retail and office space define one edge of a new town square in a planned southeastern MA community.  The framing system is wood rafters on wood bearing walls, wood I joist floors on steel beams and columns, all over a wood first floor deck and full basements.  Our use of traditionally "residential" wood products in commercial construction resulted in an invitation to speak at the American Plywood Association Annual conference.
