STRUCTURAL DRAFTER/MODELER
We are seeking an extremely proficient AutoCAD drafter and/or Revit modeler with significant experience creating building structural plans and sections.
Short-term or long-term, depending upon fit with our firm and our project types. Position available immediately.

• Works closely with project team to obtain project information and develop accurate structural construction documents from design and details information produced from our team of engineers;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with our clients from design through construction administration;
• Create REVIT models from architects design plans and details;
• Ensure construction documents are accurately modeled;
• Follow BIM content standards and development procedures;
• Balance multiple deadlines and changing priorities;
• Ability to spot potential issues and solve with the design team;
• Ability to validate changes graphically to determine workability of design elements;
• Attention to detail;

We are in a bright, comfortable office, in Newton, Massachusetts, near the T, bus lines, the Mass Pike and Route 128. There are great lunch options nearby and ample onsite free parking. We worked completely remote until recently, and are slowly and cautiously increasing our in person work numbers.
