The residential properties at this North Shore estate golf community surround a historic mansion and overlook rolling lawns, towering pines, formal gardens, and swan ponds.  Units are derived from a half-dozen complete designs presented as model homes to prospective buyers.  Siegel Associates engineered the original models, and then worked with the architect and developer to create variations based upon buyer-driven customizations.
